For international exhibitors in Germany

German-language support before, during and after your trade show.

For international companies meeting German buyers, distributors or partners at the booth – and wanting the next message to sound specific, natural and commercially credible.

I am there in person during the show, speak with German visitors in their own language, and turn each conversation into a personal German follow-up afterwards. You receive an English summary of every message before it is sent.

Native-level German · on-site support · English summary for review · no automatic sending

The value of a trade show contact lies in the context – not just the badge scan.

Good conversations quickly lose momentum when the follow-up is late, generic or phrased in a way that does not meet the buyer’s expectations.

The contact list is rarely the problem.

Your team meets buyers, distributors, sourcing managers and potential partners. One asks for samples, another about logistics, and another about certifications or pricing. A few days later, the names are still on the list – but the details of each conversation are already fading.

The first follow-up makes the difference.

An English message may be sufficient, but it often feels neutral. A specific, well-structured German follow-up shows that the conversation mattered and that your company understands the German business environment.

Three phases, from preparation to follow-up

01

Before the show: preparation

Advice on aligning your products and materials with the show and with a German audience – from translations to a native-speaker review of existing German texts.

02

At the booth: on-site support

I am present at your booth in person and speak with German visitors in their own language. On request, I also record contacts and conversation details directly in my own capture tool, MOQR Follow.

03

After the show: follow-up in German

The notes become personal German follow-up drafts. I check the language, tone and structure. You also receive an English summary or explanation, so you know exactly what each message says.

The goal is simple: a good impression at the booth should survive the click, the scan and the first email.

You remain in control

You approve every message

Each draft is sent to you first, together with an English summary or explanation. You review it, add details where needed and send it from your own mailbox under your own name.

Optional support with subsequent replies

When replies arrive in German, I can help with the next messages or support the ongoing correspondence, depending on the situation and number of contacts.

How we work together

Support is divided into three phases. You can choose all of them, or only the ones you actually need.

Phase 1

Preparation

Advice on aligning your products and materials with the show and with a German audience – from translations to a native-speaker review of existing German texts.

Phase 2

On site

Personal support during the show. I speak with German visitors in their own language and, on request, record contacts and conversation details in my own capture tool.

Phase 3

After the show

Personal follow-up in German, written by a native speaker, for the contacts made at the show. Each draft comes with an English summary, so you know exactly what you are sending.

Scope and pricing are agreed individually, based on the number of materials, show days and contacts.

Who the service is for

  • International companies exhibiting at trade shows in Germany.
  • Companies that make valuable contacts but struggle to follow up quickly and personally after the event.
  • Teams that want German buyers to receive a professional, specific and natural message.
  • Companies that want a German-speaking contact at the booth, not just a translated brochure.

Why work with me?

I spent more than 20 years in German industry, including maintenance roles where supplier performance and communication had a direct operational impact. This experience taught me what credible first contact looks like from the customer’s perspective – and what tends to create doubt.

This service goes beyond translating words into German. It turns the substance of a trade show conversation into a natural, professional next step for a German business contact. The English summary ensures that you remain fully informed and in control.

FAQ

Do we buy access to MOQR Follow?

No. MOQR Follow is an optional tool I can use on site to record contact details and conversation context. You receive prepared follow-up drafts, not a software licence.

Who sends the emails?

Your team usually sends them. You receive each draft first, together with an English summary or explanation. After reviewing it, you send the message from your own mailbox. I can also support subsequent communication when needed.

Are these standard templates?

No. Each message is based on the notes from a specific booth conversation and is reviewed before you receive it.

What happens if someone replies in German?

You can reply directly or involve me in the subsequent communication. We agree the scope separately based on the number and nature of the replies.

When will we receive the drafts?

The timeframe depends on the number of contacts, the quality of the notes and the level of review required. We agree the expected schedule before the trade show and confirm it once the material is available.

Which trade show in Germany are you preparing for?

Send me a short note with the event, the number of show days and your estimated number of relevant contacts. I will propose a suitable scope.

Send an enquiry

A rough estimate is sufficient if you do not yet know the exact number of contacts. We can define the scope together.
